Thank you for visiting Nepal Sports Research & Promotion Foundation (NESPO) website.
I am honored to serve as the President of the Nepal Sports Research & Promotion Foundation (NESPO), founded with the primary goal of building the “Roots to Olympics” for Nepal. I am confident that my expertise, abilities, and experience accumulated through numerous responsibilities and roles in the Nepalese sports industry over the past 40 years would aid the organization in achieving its ambitious goals.
The core ambition of this organization is to support the cause of winning an Olympic medal by elevating Nepal’s sports sector. To this end, we want to rejuvenate the lagging sports sector of Nepal by promoting coordination and cooperation with various stakeholders, including the government, non-governmental organizations, and private entities, both at home and around the globe. The particular focus of our organization is to conduct scientific research for the advancement of Nepalese sports and athletes, as well as to promote and support the growth of the sports sector as a whole. We also plan to strengthen other various aspects of sports sectors, sports education in schools, and social, adventure, and leisure sports.
I also express my complete confidence in the full support, assistance, and guidance that our campaign will receive from within the country and the international community. Thereby the entire NESPO team under my leadership will remain committed to NESPO's interests and objectives.

विगत चार दशकदेखि मुलुकको खेलकुदको विभिन्न जिम्मेवारी र भूमिकामा रहेर पुर्याएको योगदान तथा त्यस दौरान आफूले प्राप्त गरेको ज्ञान, सिप र अनुभवलाई खेलकुद क्षेत्रमा समर्पित गर्ने ध्येयले जराबाट ओलम्पिक भन्ने पवित्र उद्देश्यसहित स्थापित नेपाल स्पोर्ट्स रिसर्च एन्ड प्रमोसन फाउन्डेसन(NESPO) को संस्थापक अध्यक्ष पदको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने अवसर पाएकोमा म आफूलाई भाग्यशाली ठान्दछु ।
राष्ट्रको समग्र खेलकुदको यथोचित व्यवस्थापन र विकासका लागि आफ्नो निश्चित लक्ष र योजनासहित ओलम्पिकमा पदकको सम्भावना भएका खेलका साथै विभिन्न School Sports, Social Sports, Amateur Sports, Elite Sports र Leisure Sportsको विकासका लागि वैज्ञानिक अनुसन्धान, प्रवर्द्धन र विकाससँगै सरोकारित देशभित्र र बाहिरका सरकारी तथा गैरसरकारी संस्थाका साथै निजी क्षेत्रसँग समन्वय, सहकार्य र हातेमालो गरी मुलुकको समग्र खेलकुद क्षेत्रलाई उचाइमा पुर्याउँदै ओलम्पिकबाट राष्ट्रका लागि पदक प्राप्त गर्ने यो संस्थाको एक मात्र पवित्र उद्देश्य रहेको अवगत गराउँदछु ।
